I use the information that you have given me in order to provide you with information that I believe you may be interested in.

I do not share this information with any organisation or individual other than for the purpose of shipping purchases to customers or completing transactions (e.g. Paypal)

How I store your information

Your information is securely stored on the Andrew Bill Sculpture website.

This website is hosted on the platform. provides me with the online platform that allows me to send marketing emails to subscribers, promoting or updating my sculpting, art projects and sales. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

I keep temporary paper records of customers/subscribers contact details in a securely locked, metal cabinet.

I keep contact details (names and email addresses) for a period of 3 years. I will then dispose of your information by deleting it from the platform. Paper records will be destroyed by incineration or shredding.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
